Use your podcast settings to update the show information used in its RSS feed, including the title, description, cover image, categories, language and contact details.

Select the correct podcast and open its general podcast settings.
Update the fields you want to change. Complete required fields shown in the form.
Check the owner and author contact details carefully. RSS metadata can be visible to podcast platforms and other people who access the feed.
Click Save and review any confirmation.
Check the RSS feed and the affected directory after it refreshes.

Changing show details is different from editing an individual episode. Use the episode editor for an episode’s title, description or artwork.

If Apple or another directory reports missing information, compare its exact validation message with the corresponding field in Flightcast. Saving a form does not guarantee that every directory has accepted or refreshed the change.

Spotify artwork and other platform-specific details may need an additional step for your integration. Follow any notice shown in Flightcast. Do not remove your existing artwork or disconnect the integration to force a refresh.

If a field is unavailable, ask a workspace administrator to check your access. For a persistent problem, send support the show, field and directory error.
