Install the Flightcast Chrome extension

Install the extension from the official Chrome Web Store listing linked in Flightcast. Use the browser profile where you sign in to Flightcast and the connected platform.

1. In Flightcast, choose Install Extension when it appears, or follow the extension step in onboarding.
2. Open the official Flightcast extension listing.
3. Review the permissions and confirm installation in your browser.
4. Return to Flightcast and refresh the page.
5. Wait for the app to detect the extension or follow the confirmation step shown.

If the extension is not detected, open your browser’s extension settings and check that Flightcast is enabled in this profile. Reload Flightcast after enabling it. In a managed work browser, an administrator may need to approve installation.

Use a supported desktop browser. Browser installation wording can vary; do not rely on a particular “Add to” label or a new-tab message as the only proof of installation.

You do not need to disconnect your podcast integrations to install the extension. If a required import still cannot start, contact support with the browser name and the error shown.
